My top 3:
These are my top 3 question because: To find A player talent, who is driven toward succeeding in YouTube, they need to see their long term plans in YouTube. Or at least benefiting from having developed their skills in YouTube (e.g. An aspiring film Director who loves the idea of leading a YouTube channel vision and team as Creative Director/channel manager). If their plans are in TV, or similar, they’re unlikely to truly grow their YouTube skills UNLESS those skills help them in TV.
